When using AI-powered features across any Pixie:
- You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publication or use

6. Resource Limits
The Service is designed for normal business use. We reserve the right to throttle or limit accounts that consume disproportionate resources, including but not limited to:
- Uploading an unreasonable volume of files (e.g., tens of thousands of receipt images per day)
- Making an excessive number of API calls that degrade performance for other users
- Using the Service as a general-purpose file storage system rather than for its intended business features
Before taking any action on resource limits, we will contact you and attempt to find a solution.
7. Reporting Violations
If you believe a user is violating this AUP, please report it through our contact form with "AUP Violation" in the subject line. Include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation and any relevant evidence. We review all reports and take appropriate action.
8. Enforcement
We enforce this AUP on a case-by-case basis, considering the severity, frequency, and intent of the violation:
Minor or first-time violations: We will contact you, explain the issue, and request that you correct the behavior within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 days).
Repeated or moderate violations: We may temporarily suspend your account or restrict specific features until the issue is resolved. You will be notified by email with an explanation of the violation and steps to resolve it.
Severe violations (illegal content, security threats, CSAM, active harm to others): We may immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice. We will cooperate with law enforcement as required.
In all cases except immediate termination for severe violations, we will provide you an opportunity to export your data before account closure, as described in our Terms of Service, Section 17.
9. Appeals
If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, or that our enforcement action was disproportionate, you may appeal by contacting us through our contact form with "AUP Appeal" in the subject line. Include your account email and a detailed explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect. We will review all appeals within 10 business days and provide a written response.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and through the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. The current version is always available at this URL.
